We make no charge for a current record removal except if the record is a consented entry.

The cost for a consented entry removal is £ 10.

Any old address that you were resident ( historic ) will not be removed unless you can show in accordance with section 10 of the data protection act that the prcessing of this data will cause substantial damage or distress .

We will consider ALL requests for removal of a persons personal data ( data subject) from our data base for an administration charge of £ 10 for any person using our Free search or paid service , please do not confuse this administration charge with a subject access request.Please explain fully WHY you want the information removed, this information is required to be detailed so that full consideration can be given to each request.We have a responsiblity to confirm a data subject and to be satisfied we are dealing with a verified data subject.
